Thanks for feedback.All the symptoms that you have are due to fungal infection of the foreskin (Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis),which is very common in persons with diabetes.

Please ensure that your diabetes is well controlled .

Take anti Fungal medications like Fluconozole twice daily along with topical anti fungal cream for local application for a week.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

If problems recur again you may need to get circumcised .
