Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be related to your current medical illness or medicines...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Without a physical examination it is difficult to name the cause. However based on your description this seems like an allergy / urticaria. You can try a course of antihistamine drug for a few days.
Fatty liver or storvas is unlikely to be related to this itching.
You may have to watch out for specific allergens if any. If you are unable to figure out, visit a dermatologist who may be able to help you.
Besides this, wear loose cotton clothing and take a shower before bed.
Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need clarifications.
