
What Causes Itching Under The Penis Foreskin?

Question: Hello i have an itch under my foreskin which has been there for over 4 months. it can be uncomfortable when touching but for majority of the time it goes by unnoticed. during sex it can be a little sore. i have tight foreskin which doesnt go back when i am erect so i only see this when i am showing etc.

It looks like infection of the area - most probably bacterial or fungal.
The following things should help.
1. Cleaning the area during shower with soap and water.
2. Application of antibacterial/ antifungal ointments thrice a day for 3 weeks.
If repeated episodes occur, it can be cured by circumcision.

thanks for quick response, so i have had cleaned the area every morning and night and seen no improvement.
my concern is a STD. if it was a STD would it have spread to other areas
