Brief Answer:
Likely to be Tinea Versicolor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. Going by description of your symptoms of itching and discharge along with clinical photograph, the lesion is likley to be Tinea versicolor( which is type of fungal infection).
Apart from antifungal cream like Ketoconazole, local application of steroid ointment like Betamethasone will be helpful. I would also recommend oral antihistamine like Cetirizine which will reduce the itching.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Best Regards
Dr Shobha Deepak
