What Causes Itchy And Sore Bump On Arm?

Question: I have a red/pink bump that appeared on my arm. It has been there for a month and has not changed. I don't think this is a bug bite. Can you please advise on what it is and how to get rid of it? Thanks.

It doesnt have any pain. It is itchy and sore only when i press or rub it. It feels more soft than it does firm.

I would keep a possibility of a Dermatofibroma which is a benign tumor of skin.

I would suggest an excision biopsy for confirmation and as a remedy. I suggest that you visit a dermtologist in your vicinity for the needful
