Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your history it seems got might have got some local allergic reaction but still its difficult to say anything specific without actual examination.
I insist you to post high resolution pictures with little elaborate history in the follow up.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for posting the picture requested.
From keen observation of pictures and considering your history, its clear you have developed Candidial balanoposthitis, a yeast infection of genitals.
Though you have not mentioned any sexual history, I think you must have developed it due to use of some shaving cream/foam for removing the pubic hair or might be because of poor hygiene or excessive use of harsh soap, which too can result in the same.
As such the treatment of infection is straight forward.
Usually, I suggest you short course of oral antifungal like fluconazole for few weeks.
Apply topical antifungal cream like sertaconazole twice a day over affected area.
In patients with significant sexual history, I insist on some investigations like VDRL and HIV antibody test.
Take antihistaminics for itching as required.
As for the maintenance and to prevent recurrence follow this simple regimen:
1. Use ketoconazole soap for rinsing the area daily with having shower and use antifungal dusting powder to keep the area dry for few months.
2. Use cotton undergarments an avoid too tight undergarments.
