Question: Hello, I have brown spots on my body, the spots are very itchy and seem to be spreading.

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like tinea corporis ( fungal ) infection.
For such condition I would recommend using anti fungal ointments like miconazole or terbinafine for local application. Benadryl can be taken if there is excessive itching.
Miconazole is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin.
If there is no improvement then oral anti fungal drugs like fluconazole weekly once for 1 month will be helpful.
