Dear doctor attached is the picture kindly suggest accordingly
Brief Answer:
A soothing lotion and cetrizine 10 mg once daily
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images. These seem like abrasions to me, as a result of scratching, which are now drying up.
I suggest that she uses a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion Or an anti-itch cream/lotion, twice daily.
She may take an OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily, for symptomatic relief from itching.
How long has she been itching?
Regards

she has been itching all over for quite awhile now
Brief Answer:
Senile Xerosis; She must use a moisturizer all over her skin
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
If she does'nt have any other co-morbid conditions her generalized itching is most likely due to 'Senile Xerosis', which is quite common at her age. Xerosis is severe dryness of skin and this can cause severe generalized itching.
She should moisturize her entire skin at least twice daily with a good, intensive moisturizer.
Repeated showering and using soaps would rather exacerbate xerosis/ dryness and therefore increase itching.
She may take an OTC Oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10 mg once Or twice daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
The abrasions on her back they seem to be drying up and should resolve by themselves, however, she may use an OTC topical antibacterial ointment e.g 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily, specifically for the abrasions.
