Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir and welcome to HCM.com.
I am Dr Dinah and I'll be answering your query for you.
Thank you for sending in an image of the skin bumps.
Before coming to a possible diagnosis, I would like to know how long you have had these symptoms.
Have you had similar bumps anywhere else on the body?
Any family members or contacts with similar lesions?
Do you have any other illnesses or on any regular medication? Any new drugs started recently?
Do you have a history of allergies in the past, even in childhood?
From the image, and your description of the rash, you seem to have developed an eczema or allergy of the soles of feet, increased by the sweating, possibly dishydrotic eczema. It may come and go, or persist and dry up leaving dry skin or cracks. In either case, steroid creams will help to reduce it, but do keep in mind that all allergies are recurrent when exposed to a trigger.
I would advise you to visit a dermatologist to confirm this diagnosis and prescribe steroids and antihistamines as required , and also to rule out other possibilities like atypical or early fungal infection , or insect bites, infestations, etc.
Remember to wash with warm water and gentle soap. XXXXXXX dry and moisturize immediately if skin tends to dry and crack.
Wear cotton socks and try to keep your feet sweat free.
Do reply regarding the above clarifications. Also feel free to clear any other doubts you may have.
