Brief Answer:
Rest, precuations, and medicinal help are best

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

Welcome.

I am a Sr Dermatologist, Dr V XXXXXXX

I have noted your details and feel that this could be due to increased response of your skin and /or if some local application is causing allergy.

For anyone in your situation, the following would hold best potential for prompt relief:

1 Frequent sponging of face without any chemical containing agents while minimizing locally applied agents, even for cleaning. It takes some days to feel good results after the procedure normally.

2 Avoidance of sun exposure

3 Prescribed moisturizers, on the suggestion of the treating doctor

4 Tab Cetirizine 10 mg a day

5 Being observant about any medication prescribed to you for external application and to observe if using any such preparation leads to immediate burning stinging etc.

6 Hydrocortisone cream SOS basis, sparingly used

It would be adopt all measures above for best results.

Best wishes.
Let me know if there are further concerns.
