What Causes Itchy Clear-filled Bumps In Pubic Area?

My spot diagnosis will be herpes simplex
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query. The pictures very closely resemble Herpes simplex lesion. So if I have to make a spot diagnosis, Herpes will be first in my list.
This can be Erysipelas too. Erysipelas is an infection of the skin akin herpes, but is bacterial in origin. But do you have inguinal ( groin lymph) nodes ?
The photograph is clearly showing a clear fluid filled vesicles, the hair-roots are not affected separately (this is not folliculitis). Please consult a Dermatologist for a second opinion and a proper treatment. Do not fiddle with the lesions, do not pop or rub. You also have similar lesions on the fingers you say. Stop using eve wash till you are seen by a Dermatologist. The Dermatologist may start treatment for the lesions. If folliculitis was the diagnosis of a Dermatologist, ask Him/Her to review now or get another/ second opinion of another Dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
The painful fissure will get OK with antibiotic and local application of liquid povidone iodine. The backache is Ok is not to worry about, of course give rest to the back, avoid activities which give strain on back-muscles.
Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
