Hay fever
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns
“As” per your question please take medications as per your treating doctors advise and you will be cured soon without any problems. Regarding lung cancer I may say that there will not be any pain at all in early stage of disease and you will lose weight even after eating your day to day foods. The cough will not go away and some times blood will come in coughs. There will be difficulty in breathing and chest pain in advanced stage only. So to clear your doubts you may be advised a chest CT scan and sputum cytology to confirm it.
So nothing to be worried at all
Hope that will clear your doubts
Thanks and wish you good health.
