Question: I have XXXXXXX a number of itchy flat red bumps with pussy middle anf sone bumos have black or dark color inside the puss they raptured in their own with dry scab

Dr this is day 2 of these bumps what can u suggest further by looking at these? They itch before they raptured and turn dry scab im now on day 7

Dr the area is on my right buttock cheeks . The most bumps are positioned towards the inner fold of my buttom cheeks and theres also a scabbed bump on top of my buttocks. Its all happening on my right buttom cheek

You might have developed fungal infection.

The area of buttock is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Ointment clotrimazole and tablet fluconazole might relive you as I have seen excellent response in my patients.

You can discuss about these with your doctor.

I have gone through the picture uploaded. It is looking like an abscess.
Usually in buttock area it is a mixed infection.
I treat such infections with an anti fungal cream in night and anti bacterial cream in day.
This gives great relief.
