What Causes Itchy Flat, White Spots In Pubic Area?
Question: Afternoon,
I had genital warts about 8yrs ago and was given Warticon which cleared it up and never had a problem since however, a couple months ago i started to notice some flat white spots.
These spota were not raised or no pain but did itch a little. i had brought some more warticon but never used the treatment every 12hrs nor everyday. The apota had turned grey but each time i engage in sexual intercourse they seem to tear open like a sore and will be slightly painful when drawing back forskin. This tends to heal couple of sdays which makes me think this was.not genital warts .i have noticed tiny red dots on head of penis also which come and go
please help

Hi, welcome again,
In one of the photograph the violaceous color is in favor of FDE(Fixed drug eruption).
In the other photograph the reddish spot and skin peeling is in favor of allergic reaction.
It may be due to post application period of warticon.
Thanks

Hi, welcome again,
Emollient is a OTC product and you can get it from any pharmacy.
The gray marks will subside with time.

Hi, welcome again,
This looks like Fixed drug reaction. It is a type of allergic reaction to a medicine, they recur at the same site with each exposure to a particular medication.
This is not sexually transmitted. The only thing is you will get erosion after sexual activity at initial stage.
Thanks
