What Causes Itchy Legs After Taking Progesterone Shots?

Question: Hi, my wife 32 is 15 week pregnant plus she has SLE, since week 12 she noticed blood spotting in the morning almost on daily basis went to doctor the baby is fine. gave her progestrone shot and said to have the shot once a week for 1 month. The next mirning more spotting noticed went to dr said to stay in hospital for 1 night under observation and gave 400mg cyclogyst suppositories now, aftee 4 shots of progestrone body itchy, pain in legs, thoughts? Can i stop having the progestrone injections?
