Brief Answer:
Uremic pruritis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Itching or pruritis in a patient with renal failure is likely due to accumulation of urea in the body, also called uremic pruritis. Even though, inside the nose is a very common location (uremic pruritis usually affects skin), uremic pruritis is a definite consideration.

The onset of pruritis is indicative of urea accumulation and modifying current dialysis regime to clear up the excess toxins will relieve the itching.

If dialysis alone is not helping, then seizure medications like Gabapentin can be tried to control nerve stimulation and itching.
Please be advised to follow up with your treating physician to reassess yiur kidney function and dialysis regime.

Hope this answers your question.
