What Causes Itchy Pimple Like Bump Near Anus?

Question: hi Doctor,

My husband is having a lump or pimple nesr the anus. This is not exactly in anus, its actually is on the back side where anus crack is.

its causing mild pain, itching sensation, smelly discharge etc.

I have attached the image and would greatly appreciate your help.

I appreciate for interest in homoeopathy.
Homoeopathy is well known for chronic case.

It seems to be fistula in ano in first impression. This is surgical case and we advice for surgical treatment.

If you do not wish to go for Surgical treatment then you can go for Homoeopathy medicine.

But before that understand

Medicine will cause some temporary aggravation in the symptom and some time patient leaves the medicine at that time. (That is strictly medicine based aggravation). It will remove all discharge from the body and then you will have relief followed by cure of disease.

So if you are ready to face that situation then you can take the following medicine

1 Hepar Sulph 3x 3 pills twice in a day
2 Silicea 30 2 drop twice in a day
3 Belladona 200 4 drop 4 times in a day

I would not want to opt for surgery if Homeopathy can cure it completely. Let me know your suggestion.

Also when you say symproms aggrevates while on medication, will it be too extensive?

also Can you confirm if i can continue to take these home remedies while taking your medication, or do I need to stop anything?

- Raddish juice twice daily
- turmeric and ghee mixed with milk twice daily
- tablespoon of manuka honey thrice daily
- abhayarishta tonic twice daily

Surgical removal of fistula is not a permanent cure of the problem. Homeopathy offers a permanent relief of complain. Once you are treated with homeopathy the chances of recurrence is very less.
I would suggest you to go for Homeopathy. Understand the relief is not very quick and improvement s gradual.
You can continue your home made medicine along with the homeopathic medication.
Aggravation is not very high but discharge will be increased with little inflammation in wound.
