Question: Hi i have an extremely itchy rash that started on my inner thigh as small pusy spots. Its now on my arm pit and wrists. My inner thighs are bug red patches now

I have gone through the image and it seems to be a fungal infection. If I had a patient like you, I would have prescribed Candid B (clotrimazole + Betamethasone) lotion to be applied topically for a few times a day for 5-7 days. This is to be replaced by Candid (clotrimazole) powder if required, after 7 days. I would also have suggested levocetirizine tablet (antiallergic) 5 mg once daily for the initial 5 days. I think that the same solution would be able to give you relief.
