What Causes Itchy Rashes On Breasts, Chest And Other Parts Of Body?

Question: I have been to three dermatologist apointments with a biopsy taken. Result was hypersensitivity to something I ingested. The rash started on my boobs... Then moved to my upper chest, neck. Then to the interior of one arm down to thumb and top of hand. A little up the face to upper eye brow.. then back to my boobs now. It also spread down on both sides where my rib cages are, underneath my tummy . I have psoriasis but this is NOT that. I wake up nightly (worse at night) having to take ice cold showers. Cortisone cream helps some, but I am nursing so I stay away during the day from such creams. No sleep ..itching my skin until it bleeds for a month now, all while taking care of two kids under the age of two, is no way to live. I have seen chiropractor and have an apt with my OB next week, trying to get in to see an allergist also.. this has to drop-down help please!

Brief Answer:
Prednisolone
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photographs.
It is looking like acute urticaria, an allergic reaction.
Cortisone cream will not help you.
Treatment with oral steroids is required.
I treat such patients with oral prednisolone and have seen excellent response with that.
Don't worry about breast feeding.
Short course of steroid for up to 7 days can easily be taken without any side effects on the breast fed baby.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
