Question: I have got itchy rashes on my left foot. it remains normal throughout but once scratch it a bit, it itches more. it looks like small grains. I think the reason could be wearing socks the whole time in office. I go to gym in the morning and same socks remains on my foot till evening when i reach home. I have applied itch guard and seems to reduce the itching sensation a bit. please provide a good solution.

Brief Answer:
it could be eczema or fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description provided, you could either be having lichen simplex chronicus( eczema) or tinea( fungal infection/ring worm)

Both these conditions are treatable. LSC requires emollients and topical steroids while tinea requires antifungals.
Please upload an image of the lesion, so that I can diagnose the condition and suggest adequate treatment.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
The lesions look more like LSC.
You may start using a good hydrating cream like cetaphil dam/venusia XXXXXXX etc twice in a day. Apply steroid salicylic acid ointment( lobate S/topical 6 %) twice in a day. Follow the treatment for fifteen days and get back for follow up.
Should there be any doubt, please write back.
Take care
