Brief Answer:
possibility of pityrosporum folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have also reviewed the image.
I would keep a possibility of pityrosporum folliculitis. It is fungal infection caused by the yeast, malassezia furfur and presents as extremely itchy, red, raised bumps on trunk and proximal extremities (sebaceous gland rich areas).
The yeast feeds on oil produced by sebaceous glands. Sweating, heat and humidity favor the development of this condition.
I would suggest an oral antifungal e.g either itraconazole 200mg daily for 2weeks or fluconazole 250mg once a week gor 4weeks.
Topically you may use an antifungal cream e.g ketoconzole cream or lotion, twice daily for 2weeks

Regards
