Brief Answer:
Control of the allergy first and then specific

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Noted the history of hair remover on scrotal skin- itching - itch guard not effective-
Dettol- unable to ear inner wear- redness and scratch marks in peri-anal area.

Your history is suggestive of a skin reaction due to the hair remover and enhanced by Dettol and may be due to Itch guard.

I would advise you to Keep the area clean with plain water and dry.

I think you need to take a consultation of a Dermatologist for the simple reason of a perfect diagnosis as the picture will be a complicated.
Please insist on oral medications like antihistamine, steroids like Deflazacort, multivitamins to strengthen the skin. Once the allergic reaction is settled Joke's Itch can be taken care of by oral and topical pure anti-fungal medicines.

The skin in the scrotal and perianal area is totally different in character than that of the rest of the body. If you have any problem with the motion/ stool or infection of the scrotal skin, you may also need oral antibiotic suitable for GI and skin infection.

Brief Answer:
Consult Dermatologist on OPD basis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. You do not need to go to a hospital. Please consult a Dermatologist nearby your place of residence or office.

Cure - difficult to tell particularly in case of dermatitis and may be a added-on fungal infection because the skin is totally different in this area.

Again difficult to know the costs at the moment.

Please give the feedback and all the best for a permanent cure.
