Brief Answer:
This is not fitting into one specific cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your current symptoms are not fitting into one particular specific cause. Most of the time such symptoms are due to self limiting infections or allergies.

But you can try symptomatic treatment to see if symptoms resolve.

You can try oral antihistaminics, antipyretics and apply antiseptic cream with mild steroids on the rash.

If symptoms persist, then see your doctor.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
