What Causes Itchy Spots On Arms,thighs And Penis?

Question: For the past couple of weeks I have had itchy spots on my arms, thighs, butt and penis. With not I have about 6 bumps on the shaft of my penis as well as some on the scrotum. I have taken doxycycline hyclate for the past 9 days and have been putting nystatin and triamcinolone acetone cream on it. I had gone to the doctor about a week and a half ago and they said it could be folliculitis. It is not going away and keeps getting worse. The itch is unbearable at times.

If yes, did you take proper measures (condoms)? - is there any discharge from the bumps? If yes, what color? - do you have any other symptom: fever, chills, generalized fatigue?
