Brief Answer:
Please send investigations and repeat cultures. No antibiotics presently.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have seen your question and the queries you have posted earlier.
I do need to know when was the culture done and the report.
Also, I am unable to access the picture you say you have attached.
You are requested to upload the picture again, get a Urine and Semen culture done to see whether it is an infection.
It would also help to know your sexual history about exposure and also whether your partner has any similar symptoms or discharge from the private parts.
At present I do not suggest any antibiotics.
You can apply cream or ointment with antifungal and anti bacterial properties like Quadriderm or Tripoderm.
I would wait for your response and would urge you to keep the area clean and dry at all times and avoid scratching it.
Please do not worry, we will find a solution or guide you to it.
Take care,

Brief Answer:
Please see a Dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have you got her tested?
Have you both undergone testing for common STDs( Sexually transmitted diseases)? The problem could be due to STD or a fungal infection. As I'm unable to see a picture of the lesion, I am unable to make a conclusive statement. In this context I suggest you get examined by a Skin Specialist or Dermatologist who would be able to perform the necessary tests and take samples from the discharge for fungal cultures and KOH mounts.

If you can get the Semen culture done then it would very specifically pick up whether you have some genital infection or not. It would be complementary to fungal cultures from the discharge.
But empirically starting anti fungal ointment would definitely be prudent.
We usually advice Tab Azithromycin 1gram as a single dose or Tab Levofloxacin 500mg for 7 days.
You also need to rule out Genital Herpes.
If you can send me the photo or the Semen culture it would definitely help to move forward.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
