Question: Sir, i had been experiencing a white form of itchy/smelly substance on my penis for the past 2 weeks. I regularly clear this 2 times every day. Last week i experienced little pain on my foreskin,on examination it shows minor cuts around the foreskin.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have white smelly substance getting deposited beneath foreskin.

There is a normal secretion of mucus from a mucosal glands located in glans penis which acts a lubricant for free movements of foreskin over glans penis

This mucus is secreted in excess whenever there is infection of of foreskin and glans penis (Ballano Posthatitis) which gets collected and forms a thick whitish deposit beneath foreskin what is called as Smegma.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily and topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin for local application..

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

It should get cured within a week.
