Question : This week I have experienced passing a jelly like substance while I am urinating. It has happened 2 or 3 times in the past two days.

Thanks for query .

Jelly like substance from the urethra while passing urine could be due to thick vaginal secretions due to infection (Vaginitis) mixed up with urine

Get swab test and culture done to trace out organisms causing infection and their antibiotic sensitivity .

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Cefexime twice daily ..
Ensure to obwasyour genital area with warm water mixed with Betadine .

This should help to resolve the problem.
