Brief Answer:
Possible calcium deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows;

1. If you are not on any medications, particularly anti-depressants or anti-epileptics, it may be due to calcium deficiency.
2. Calcium and electrolyte levels are necessary to confirm the diagnosis.
3. Hope there is no weakness in the specific part affected. Hope you have no infections too.
4. Calcium supplements should be helpful in improvement.

If there is any weakness or paralysis, you will need to meet a neurologist at the earliest.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

my meds are, amiodorone( 12months) eplerone, candesartan, bisoprol, warfarin, and a statin. I have an icd implant, which was interaggated at the hospital this morning, and showed that I had not been shocked, nor paced, thanks. I have had my icd for 12 years

Brief Answer:
Check calcium levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

The medications list provided by you and the long time, since which you are being medicated - both rules out medication causes.

Check calcium levels.

Calcium supplements should be beneficial.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
