Brief Answer:
Symptomatic therapy
Detailed Answer:
Hello Baaji,
Sorry to hear about your brother's adverse side effects by using Dexamethasone. Unfortunately all the side effects have to be treated individually. No single method or pill to stop the side effects. I hope the medicine is gradually withdrawn now.
He has to get operated for cataract by an eye surgeon. Please do not delay in using Homeopathy. It has no meaning now.
He has to get treated by Endocrinologist for the weight gain, osteoporosis he may have developed.
On prolonged therapy he will get cured completely and can be normal. The most important thing is the medicine has to be stopped gradually.
Let me know if you have any more queries.
