I am not hypertensive or diabetic. My 5 year scan showed no sign of Lymphoma. My latest CBC/Cmemistry showed platelets at113,000 and all other levels were normal.
Brief Answer:
Symptoms are drug side effect related
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
Considering your latest clinical profile, your symptoms of joint pains and muscle stiffness are directly related to the side effects of the PROMACTA.
Many of these side effects are self limiting, but if these symptoms does not subside or if they continue to worsen, it's advisable to temporarily withhold the drug after discussing with your Rheumatologist or Immunologist.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
