Brief Answer:
Yes you can have

Detailed Answer:
hello,
This feeling is probably due to ectopics of heart. Magnesium will be useful if it's low, otherwise won't. So you can check its level, or even can have some. It does lower bp especially in hypertensive patients and very modestly. so it will probably not have any significant effect on your blood pressure.
There are various causes for these ectopics like anxiety, stress, drugs, caffeine, structural heart disease, thyroid, smoking and sometimes without any detectable cause called as idiopathic.
You can upload your reports for better analysis of your problems. So as far as query is concerned, you can have oral supplements, in low dose say 80-90 mg especially after testing, as they will be effective only if levels are low. Effect on Bp will be minimal. You can also get calcium, potassium, thyroid levels tested. Get back if you have any doubts.
