As I mentioned I have not visited anyone yet and thus not taken any treatment. It looks to me like a heridity and my family member also has it, but very less amount.
my skin is dry, thats correct.
i will upload the pic of lesion ASAP.

Brief Answer:
Topical retinoid or chemical peel with moisturiser
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome again.
Dry skin is a strong predisposing factor for keratosis pilaris.
If dryness is taken care of, progression can be managed to a great extent.
I usually advise my patients to put lots of good moisturisers over the body preferably semi wet body after bath.
By making your skin naturally hydrated by drinking plenty of water, applying moisturisers regularly will help in reducing keratosis pilaris but wont cure it completely.
You would have to take treatment for that.
I usually advise my patients to apply topical retinoid cream over the lesions in night time for few weeks.
Alternative also very effective method of treatment is chemical peels done by an expert dermatologist. I have really seen very good results in my patients.
You may get the prescription by your doctor and start the treatment.
I am sure your doctor will agree with opinion.
good luck.
