Brief Answer:
Can be a nerve related cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you have described can be related to neuropathy due to diabetes or due to a nerve root compression at the level of cervical spine or a decrease in levels of methylcobalamin. A direct examination and a few blood investigations are needed for proper diagnosis. Treatment will depend on the cause. Consulting a neurologist will be helpful.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
