Question: Hello,
I'm a female, 27 years old and vegan. I have a strong pain on my Kidneys from days and I start being sick vomiting initially. My urines are fine (color, no pain). I'm being on bed for all those days because I feel week and I can't bend over or the pain is too strong. Thank you in advance. Best

Brief Answer:
Please see your GP or Surgeon and get ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
1. Where is the exact location of the pain?
2. When did the pain start and how long does it last?
3. Is it related to time of day or meals or anything you do?
4. Does the pain move from one place to the other?
5. Is there any nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation?
6. Is the pain on both sides or on one side?
Please let me know these details so that I can advice you properly.
If you are certain that the pain is arising from the kidneys then you should see your GP or a Surgeon who can advice you an Ultrasound of the kidneys, ureter and bladder and some urine tests.
You could send us the reports and then we could advice you further.
I usually advice my patients Tab Paracetamol or Spasmoproxyvon for severe pain when it occurs. Other than this no medication as of now. Only once the reports are available can we advice the further course of treatment,
Take care,
