Brief Answer: Follows. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam, Thank you for posting your query on HCM. Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that since you say all the tests are negative there is a possibility that you could be having fibromyalgia . It leads to persistant fatigue and aches and pains all over the body . But this can be said only when IBD related spondyloarthropathy is ruled out . I can see in your history that you suffer from ulcerative colitis so this probabilty remains high on suspicion . If this entity is ruled out all your symptoms can be explained by fibromyalgia . Some patients also experience disequlibrium in fibromyalgia . Take care. Dr. Shruti
