Question: Hello,
I have been extremely tired, needing to sleep all the time. I check my glucose and it is normal. My knees ache and my big toe feels a little numb. I have terrible night sweats.

Did you check your thyroid levels?

Get T3, T4, TSH levels checked. if not done before.

This can also happen in anemia. Have Iron supplements regularly for 6 months without missing

Take a multivitamin tablet for a month, daily one
