Brief Answer:
Arthritis of the knees. Needs Xray, medication, injection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I need more details.
Do you have pain over the joints of your palm?

Is there stiffness of the joints in the morning?

Have you taken xrays of the joints?

Most probably you have arthritis of the knee joints. If you have joint pains of the hands then it could be Rheumatoid arthritis.

Do apply hot packs to the painful regions.. Avoid lifting weights, squatting, cross leg sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling. Do use only western toilet commode and not the XXXXXXX latrine.

You may need joint injection of hyaluronic acid as this will help with the pain management and help in cartilage regeneration.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
