Brief Answer:
Probably anxiety and depression disorder.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
In my opinion, you suffer from anxiety and depression disorder.
Consult a Psychologist/Psychiatrist, discuss your concerns and probably you will start treatment about sleeping problems first.
You can discuss your concerns also with your primary care Doctor, and ask him to prescribe sleep pills ( Diazepam 5 mg at evening eg.).
Shortness of breath and vision blurry are most probably related to anxiety and fatigue, since you haven't sleep from one week.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Take care.
