i am taking medicines regularly
Steps i undergo for intercourse
1.I view prono 2. i get feeling 3.call my wife 4.i get erection 5.after forepaly erection goes down 6.again i am trying and getting erection 7.i try to insert 8.But the semen come out completely did not go inside wife vagina .the reasons i feel is a)i have fat belly / Big stomach (my weight 110 KG). b)my wife is slim but has big stomach / belly. c) i am suffering from High BP and under medication d)can u Hi Sir,

Hi,

Thanks for contacting me directly.

As per our previous discussion I suggested to start treatment for premature ejaculation.

There is no specific position for sex for this purpose however if you both are comfortable I think you are down and she is on top will be good position as it will help in avoiding your belly disturbance as well as in early ejaculation.

I think you should start confido and clomipramine. Confido is to be taken 2 tablets before going to bed with a cup of milk. Clomipramine 10 mg should be started. Take one tablet after dinner, if you not satisfied in 15 days with improvement, you can increase dose to 2 tablets (20 mg) after dinner. After one month you can take only on day of sex. Please ask local doctor to provide prescription.

Sorry for late response as I was busy in one marriage.

You can add clomipramine to tetrafol and tentex.

Tetrafol plus should be taken for 3 months and tentex or 2 months.
