Brief Answer:
Digital evacuation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

Have gone through your query in detail and i appreciate your concerns.

As you have already tried all classes of laxatives. I would suggest you to Go for Digital evacuation. It involves the use of fingers to aid in the removal of stool from the rectum.Stool is emptied by gently inserting a finger into the rectum and removing it. If hardened stool is palpable in the rectum, it may require manual fragmentation or disimpaction. A lubricated, gloved index finger is inserted into the rectum and the hardened stool is gently broken up using a scissoring motion.

Thanks.
