What Causes Lack Of Ejaculation While On Finasteride And Uroxatral?

Question: I have been taking Uroxatral 10mg (1 a day) for the last 15 years. Actually I found it acceptable in attempting to control inflammation of my prostate. Blood reading always have been acceptable. In trying to get help with "times to bathroom) at night started to take Finasteride 5mg. (1 a day) about 1 1/2 year. (Did not like side effects, mainly the drying of semen and/or also sex desires). For the last 6 months I have been taking only HALF of a pill. (Sex desires is almost back however semen still lacks....)
Is there anything else in the market that will not give these ugly side effects..???

Based on the drugs that you are taking I assume that you have been diagnosed to have enlarged Prostate .

The drugs like Alfuzocin (Uroxatral and Finasteride are known to have side effects like retrograde ejaculation and reducing testosterone levels in blood that causes reduced sexual desire (Loss of Libido).\

There are newer drugs like Tadalafil which help to prevent retrograde ejaculation and loss of libido and takes care of nocturia .

You need to take 5 mg of Cialis (Tadalafil daily and 10 -20 mg of Cialis on the day of planned sexual activity .This will help you to get good hard erection and to have enjoyable sex and reach orgasm .

Uroxatral and Tadalafil have similar action hence not advisable to take two drugs simultaneously.

Cialis 5mg daily with 10-20 mg on the day of planned sexual activity will give desirable improvements in urinary symptoms and sexual satisfaction as well.
