Brief Answer:
Considerations.

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

It sounds like you might have a viral syndrome. However I am also concerned about the shaking and fainting episodes. For this reason I think you should contact your primary care doctor for an evaluation as soon as possible.

viral syndrome usually pass after two or three days. However the severity of your symptoms is such that a good physical examination to make sure there's no underlying cardiovascular problem is a reasonable approach.

please make sure that you are hydrating and drinking plenty of fluids. In the meantime also contact your primary care doctor to schedule a follow up. If your doctor is not available it would be reasonable to go to your local urgent care center or to emergency room for evaluation.

thank you again for sending the question.

Sincerely,

Dr and Galamaga
