Brief Answer:
Seems like a Pyogenic Granuloma; It can be easily cauterised
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the image
This seems like a pyogenic granuloma. A pyogenic granuloma is a fleshy papule which is composed of capillary proliferation and hence is extremely vascular and may bleed on trauma. Trauma is the commonest inciting stimulus for a pyogenic granuloma.
A pyogenic granuloma is friable and may bleed on minor trauma. It is best cauterised with either an electrocautery or a radiofrequency procedure. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.
