Question: my wife is 25 yrs and my age is 31 , she tells that she feels nothing inside when we do sex , and its so small, what to do for it

No, she does not have those problem, but she had a negro boy friend with whom my wife had frequent inter course before marriage and his size and thickness was huge, now she demand the same from me, which I dont have , even i cannot last for more than 5 to 6 minutes, sometimes I think of taking pills, but which dont know properly, I WANT TO GET RID OF THIS SITUATION

I want to clarify about size of penis.
Size of penis varies according to individual.In flaccid state it ranges from 2-4 inches and in erect state 3.5-6 inches. Normally minimum 3-3.5 inches (8-9cm) penis in erectile stage is required to satisfy female partner.
There is no approved medicine/procedure which can increase penis size in normal state.Only surgery can do the same but that is only indicated for medical reason not for cosmetic purpose.
However during erection some medicines can help to increase the size.
5- PDE inhibitor group of medicines like sildenafil or tadalafil(cialis) are used. One of them should be used 2 hours prior to sex. They causes headache,stuffy nose nausea and gastric discomfort like common side effects. Proper physical check up of cardiac system should be done by a doctor before starting the same.These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor/psychiatrist/sexologist for the prescription.
Tadalafil is preferred in patients with blood pressure.
If you want to perform for longer duration medicines for premature ejaculation will help.
Premature Ejaculation (PME) or early discharge defined when male partner ejaculates early before the female partner reaches to orgasm. There is no absolute time by which we can diagnose PME. It is relative term and female partner is the best judge.

-Use of condoms. Sometime using condom while sex helps in delaying ejaculation by reducing sensitivity of glans penis.

I suggest to discuss these all aspects with your wife.If she is ready to cooperate you consult sexologist/psychiatrist who can do couple counselling.
