I had a back fusion 3 months ago. I have had no trauma on my right side. I do not have a fever or had one. it does not hurt and it is not hot I will be sending a picture shortly
Brief Answer:
Image not received; could be lipoma v/s carbuncle
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the answers. Unfortunately i did not get the image so far. It would have helped me alot. From the symptoms you gave, that swelling could be a carbuncle or lipoma. They are benign lesions. I would suggest you to visit hospital and get an appointment for a general surgeon. He will examine the swelling. He might advice ultrasound of swelling and FNAC. Results will help to treat it which will most likely include surgical excision.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
