Brief Answer:
Enlarged lingual tonsils...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

With the unclear image sent by you, I am of the opinion that the lumps you have noticed over the back of the tongue could be enlarged lymphoid follicles, also known as lingual tonsils.

Do not worry! This is absolutely normal and all the human beings have these bumps. In some individuals, it may enlarge during an attack of throat infection or gastritis.

If you are having discomfort in the throat, try drinking plenty of warm water; avoid smoking, chilled food and beverages and coffee.

Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
