Could be infection
Detailed Answer:
hello
Thank you for the answers. I have gone through them. Your symptoms are suggesting altered metabolic rate resulting in fever. Sometimes due to unknown causes or some minor infection(which does not become prominent because of body's strong immunity), body responds in the form fever. You need not to worry. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- Acetaminophen thrice a day for 3 days
- Take adequate rest.
AVOID:
- Sternous activity
- Drinks
- Chilled water
Hopefully it will settle itself in few days. IF conditions remains same or deteriorates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Ibuprofen thrice a day has good anti-inflammatory effect
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the query. You can ask as many questions as you want. I'll be available 24/7 for you.
For inflammation you can take OTC anti-inflammatory agents like ibuprofen thrice a day(take with food). Along with it:
- Take adequate rest
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it over the joint. It will give soothing effect.
I would also suggest you to once get it checked by an Orthopedic Surgeon for his expert opinion. As he is specialized in joints. He will confirm if you need any particular medicine or not.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
