What Causes Large Knot On Right Side Of Vaginal Lip?

Question: I'm 34 years old and in relatively good health as far as I know. I have had 5 children and in a monogamous marriage. For some time now ive had excessive moisture issues down there. I recently noticed a rather large knot on the right inside of my vaginal lip that was hard. At times it was uncomfortable to sit certain ways. I took a bath one night and gave a gentle push againt it as it isn't something that I can see but only feel. At first it was think clear like egg white fluid that came out. Then it changed to yellow and pus looking but watery now it's very watery and bloody. should I be concerned about this? What could it be? I've Google it and so many things come up that are scaring me.
Brief Answer:
gynecologist examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your health concerns.
As per your history I think it is a bartholin cyst which has ruptured and thus released the pus and will heal by itself in a while just like a pimple on face.
But still you should get it examined by a gynecologist because at times there remains a pocket of pus which can repeatedly release discharge and thus bothersome.
Also if at all there is some other problem like a cancerous growth on the base of the lesion, that can be examined and treated in best possible way.
All the best.

There is no wound for me to apply anything to. No hole, no split, no cut....nothing. everything looks normal except for the lumo
Brief Answer:
apply cream
Detailed Answer:
Still apply the cream on affected area.
If it has oozed out something then there will be something which might have healed already.
But in case it starts paining or there is discharge from that area again then visit your gynecologist.
All the best.
