This bis what they look like
Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of Genital Herpes
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Image. I can see discrete erosions on and around the genitalia.
I would like to keep a possibility of Genital Herpes and a second but less likely possibility of Impetigo/ bacterial infection.
Genital herpes initially presents as grouped, discrete erosions or fluid filled vesicles which may subsequently coalesce to form large erosions with polycyclic margins.
Genital herpes is caused by a HSV and the infection is usually acquired by close contact with an infected sexual partner
I would like to know more from you..
-When did they first appear? Were they fluid filled initially and then ruptured and coalesce to form large erosions?
-Do you have symptoms like pain, burning sensation?
-Do you have swollen glands in the inguinal region?
-Are you sexually active? If yes, do you have single or multiple sexual partners? When was your last sexual contact?
Regards

Hi yes they appeared in the last 4 days. They were fluid filled / kind of pus heads on them. When they popped they are like crators. There is alot of pain but i thought this was due to walking and chaffing the sores. I dont know about swollen glands. But yes i have recently been sexually active with a ex partner. Last contact was approx 2weeks ago.
Brief Answer:
Herpes is transmitted by sexual contact with an infected sexual partner
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Ok. The clinical picture is suggestive of Herpes Genitalis.
As I said, Genital Herpes is an STD. The only way you could have got it from is sexual contact with someone who already has the infection.
Herpes is transmitted by skin to skin contact.
Chances of transmission are more during a clinical episode of Genital Herpes i.e if there are open sores like the ones have right now but even during clinically asymptomatic phases, this virus can transmit to sexual partners.
-Does you sexual partner has a history of Genital sores? You can inquire about it from him.
Treatment of confirmed herpes would be with Oral antivirals like Acyclovir Or Valacyclovir.
Regards
