Such lump can be caused by an inflammation due to an overload or injury or benign soft tissues lesion (lipoma).

Inflammation gives soft filled with fluid lump. Elbow pain is usually present.
Lipoma gives soft and painless lump.It can be movable.

Inflammation lump should be treated with antiinflammatory medicines. Fluid can be drained.

Lipoma can be removed with small incision and local anesthesia.

Both conditions can be treated by general surgeon.
